"Estoy un poco enferma: una gran infección. Muy propio del signo Tauro. Dificultades para estudiar.

    Ha retornado el miedo. Una profesora ofreció prestarme el libro de Henríquez Ureña que es inhallable. He pasado cuatro horas en el terror de hablarle por teléfono para preguntarle a qué hora iré mañana a buscar el libro. No comprendo este terror.

    Me compré un espejo grande. me contemplé y descubrí que el rostro que yo debería tener está detrás--aprisionado--del que tengo. Todos mis esfuerzos han de tender a salvar mi auténtico rostro. Para ello, es menester una vasta tarea física y espiritual."

    "I'm a little sick: a large infection. Typical of Taurus. Difficulties to study.

   Fear has returned. A teacher offered to lend me the book by Henríquez Ureña which is impossible to find. I spent four hours in the terror of talking to her by phone to ask at what time I can go to get the book tomorrow. I don't understand this terror.
