Te sorprenderás de esta nueva manera de darme,

estoy harta de esta manía de suicidarme

en cada verso, cada ocaso

quizás sea así,

probablemente la partida.

No he cambiado mi forma

sólo he decidido disimular

esa costumbre trágica

de abandonarme en el inicio

y reanudarme en la caída.

No he perdido el motivo,

he retomado mi manera habitual,

he reanudado el proceso,

no he perdido mi hilo central,

esa forma triste de designarme

en cada línea.

I have only given words a new destiny.

You will be surprised by this new way of offering myself,

I'm sick of this suicide craze

in every verse, every sunset

it may be so,

probably the farewell.

I have not changed my form

I just decided to dissimulate

that tragic custom

of surrendering myself at the beginning

and renewing myself in the fall.

I have not lost the motive,

I have resumed my usual way,

I have renewed the process,

I have not lost my central thread,

that sad way of designating myself

in each line.
