vegetar::to veg out

 VEGETAR 

¿SERÁ tan malo vegetar? ¿Habrá que echar raíces, con la permanencia que eso implica? Quizás baste un poco de arena, pero entonces será un cacto lo que venga a nuevo estado. Sin duda será mejor buscar para la experiencia un poco de buena tierra negra, porque tampoco cualquier tierra se presta para la aventura que comienza. ¿Serán suficientes unos brotes? Pero por más que uno se ponga voluntarista, aquéllos no van a aparecer por ningún lado si no logra una mínima raíz. Y para esto se necesita quietud. ¿Hundimiento y quietud?

To veg out

Is it so bad to veg out? Should we root, with the permanence that implies? Maybe a bit of sand will suffice, but then it'll be a cactus that comes into a new phase. Without a doubt it'll be better for the experience to seek a bit of good black earth, because not any earth lends itself to the adventure that's to begin. Will a few shoots be enough? Even if one becomes willful, those won't appear anywhere if they don't grow the smallest root. And for this, you need stillness. Subsidence and stillness?
