Hoy, como todos los días, consulto mis Cartas de Medicina de la tradición Indoamericana y me arrojan el 39, el cisne, la gracia. He estado revuelta por dentro con los aspectos exteriores de mi mundo más cercano, los problemas políticos y sociales de una Venezuela enferma. Cuestiono mucho mi participación individual en este presente que vivo y mi destino a seguir. El cisne representa el poder femenino para entrar en el espacio sagrado, la gracia para tocar el futuro que está por llegar. Esta carta convoca un tiempo de estados de consciencia alterados y el desarrollo de las habilidades intuitivas. La gente dotada de las características del cisne tiene la habilidad de ver el futuro, de entregarse al poder del Gran Espíritu, de aceptar la sanación y transformación de sus propias vidas. Por lo tanto, esta carta me indica fluir con la vida, permitirme entrar en el tiempo de los sueños y confiar en el Gran Espíritu como mi guía. Tengo la tarea de seguir mis intuiciones y seguir desarrollando a profundidad mi femenidad.
Quiero establecer una relación espiritual con el mundo a través de mi creación artística.

Today, like every day, I draw my Medicine Cards and they return the swan, 39, grace.  I have been feeling all mixed up inside with the exterior events of the world closer to me, the political and social problems of a sick Venezuela, my country. I question harshly my individual participation in the present I live and the destiny to follow. The swan represents the feminine power to enter sacred space, the grace to touch the future that is due to arrive. Swan ushers in a time of altered states of awareness and development of my intuitive abilities. Swan people have the ability to accept the healing and transformation of their lives. The Swan card is telling me to accept my ability to know what lies ahead. If I resist the process of self-transformation, I must relax; it will be easier if I go with the flow. I should pay attention to my hunches and my gut knowledge, and honor my female intuition. 
I want to establish a spiritual relationship with the world through my art work.
