Descansa.

Me doy tiempo y juego.
"They say that whatever we are looking for is also looking for us and that, if we stay still, it will find us. It is something that has been waiting for us for a long time. As soon as it arrives, do not move. Rest. You will see what follows."

Clarissa Pinkola-Estes Eskeleton Woman: a tale
Among the strategies to resolve limitations, resistances and negations I use are those related to creation. When I find myself in a difficult moment I tend to put myself to work by creating. I give myself time and play. I breathe and loosen my body. I observe myself, reflect, discriminate and make decisions around which paths to follow. I have learned to live in the present, in the here and now. Today: I feel, I perceive, I do, I think. Presence in time and space: the structure of the work with my body has given me this gift, to pay attention to the present moment. I look for a way out of those difficulties experimenting to find other ways of looking and other points of view. It is through the practice of art that I have found the way out of the binds life puts me in day in and day out. Art consists in working on the soul and that way I construct that world that accompanies and saves me. This week I have given another plastic arts and body workshop to give the group tools for getting closer to themselves and meeting the five shamanic tasks: the power of being that liberates the body, the power of love that expresses the heart, the power of knowing that empties the mind, the power of seeing that awakens the soul and the power of healing that incarnates the spirit. The exploration of the body before doing expressive work stimulates creativity. Images flow spontaneously and intensively because they are directly related to the unconscious that speaks. The hands that paint express a body that makes contact with its emotions and leave traces of it.
