y ese tropel de luces
I
Nostalgia.
Today my sister Reina and brother Reinaldo come from Houston to spend ten days with us. We will feast and be so happy during this time. I am nervous because I have to go down to the airport alone, and then return with them in a hired taxi station wagon. As things stand at this moment, any movement implies nervousness because of the insecurity reigning in Venezuela. I wake up early feeling the anguish in my belly. I say my prayers and petitions for protection. I feel more relaxed now and focus on the visit of my two younger siblings, who this year decided to travel together. The anxiety is knowing that they leave so soon, a feeling my body and soul know well. Nostalgia.
