Hoy es tu día

 

My little shoes are tight on me,

the socks make my feet hot

and the kiss my mother gave me

I treasure it in my heart.

Here in Venezuela today is Mother's Day. I celebrate with this image that includes a poem I always recited when I was a child. Happy day to me and all of us mothers, witches and medicine women.
