Last night it rained all night again as the night of the day before. This morning I got up slowly to face a new week. The month of June gallops toward its center and is closing in on the 24 which is the longest day of the year, San Juan's day. In a little while I will go out because I have an appointment with a physiotherapist so he can check my right shoulder that keeps on hurting. Maybe he will suggest I do some physiotherapy sessions and this will force me to go out more often onto the streets. I keep away from the streets these days. The country still feels violent and insecure and the government's discourse remains polarized and abusive. I insist on my spiritual work and pray with greater insistence in order not to loose hope. Some days I feel it is  not easy to keep on living here in Venezuela.
