which path to follow?
Which path to follow?Beware of any path that narrows the possibilities of the future through limiting freewill or self-expression. Any path that permits diversity of ideas, without judgment, serves humanity as a model for wholeness. One test that benefits the decision-making process and allows us to use good common sense is making note of limiting ideas. When any path we choose to follow insists that we must close our minds to new or different ideas, we should run the other way. Control is at work in these situations. The inability of some organizations, groups or teachers to allow self-expression shows that their motives may not be too healthy. When we use our common sense, detecting our uncomfortable feelings in situations that ask us to become unidentifiable as individuals, we need to honor these warnings. Creative self-expression, along with the use of common sense, is a good example of our freewill, operating without denial.
