El camino

Vecino a mis propósitos

           --La verdad puede discutirse

           y es un material esencialmente polémico

           Pero el error es implacable e invencible

                  y porque yerro es

                                                     en el vivo

He tomado el camino ancho como un cabello

y tal vez dé con mis huesos y mis sueños

                                en el fondo del abismo

Sé de muchas cosas y otras tantas ignoro

y también sé que el talento

                    no es una simple posesión

sino una responsabilidad

                    bastante peligrosa por cierto

Este es mi pensamiento

y lo digo

              no importa las consecuencias

Hoy no tengo ni un clavo donde amarrar un gallo

y un fuego distinto a otras artes me sostiene

The path 

Close to my intentions
           - The truth can be discussed
           and it is essentially controversial material

           But the error is relentless and invincible
                  and because I make mistakes
                                                     I live in it

I took the path wide as a hair

and perhaps I will reach my bones and my dreams
                                at the bottom of the abyss

I know many things and many others ignore

I also know that talent
                    is not a simple possession

but a responsibility
                    indeed quite dangerous

This is my thinking

and I say
              no matter the consequences

Today I have not a nail to tie a rooster on

and unlike other arts a fire holds me
