Yo soy un muchachito y estoy solitico aquí en la casa

Y es de noche y yo estoy asustado porque todo está oscuro

y yo no veo nada aquí en la sala

y yo creo que los perros están viendo algún muerto

porque están ladrando así como si tuvieran miedo

y yo llamo a Rita y ella no viene

y ahora me pongo a llorar y ella nada que aparece

¿por qué Rita me dejaría solitico

si ella sabe que yo soy un muchachito y que soy miedoso

y que yo soy su hijo

y que los duendes son malucos y pueden llevarme con ellos?

I'm a little boy and I'm all alone here at home
And it is night and I'm scared because everything is dark
and I see nothing in this living room
and I believe that dogs are seeing someone dead
because they are barking as if they were afraid
and I call Rita and she doesn't come
and now I begin to cry and she doesn't appear
Why would Rita leave me so alone
if she knows I'm a little boy and that I'm a scary kid
and that I'm her son
and that goblins are mean and can take me away with them?
