¿Por qué se erizan los gatos?
Quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño relato que me platicó mi abuelita cuando le pregunté: ¿por qué se erizan los gatos? Es un relato corto, mi abuela se sabe muchos, o para cualquier tema tiene una respuesta aunque sea mágica. Esta es la leyenda:Los gatos son protectores de sus amos, los gatos protegen a sus amos de todo mal. En la noche seres de mal se acercan y tratan de llevarse el alma del dueño, pero el gato con su ronroneo les dice no no no no no.Entonces los seres oscuros le dicen al gato que si logran contar todos los pelos de su felino cuerpo, el gato deberá entregar el alma de su amo; empieza el conteo y cuando el gato se da cuenta que ya están por contar los últimos pelos, este animalito santo y bendito se eriza y con ello logra que pierdan la cuenta y salva el alma de su amo. Then the dark beings tell the cat if they can count all the hairs on its feline body, the cat will have to give up its master's soul; when the counting begins and the cat realizes that they are getting close to the last hair, this holy and blessed animal bristles and thereby manages to make them lose count and saves the master's soul. That is the reason why cats bristle at night.
