Coro

Un cielo enterrado

se empina en las raíces.

Pájaros, chicharras, grillos

entonan una misma canción.

¿Acaso importa que el árbol

cante con voces ajenas?

Choir

A buried sky
  stands on the roots.

Birds, cicadas, crickets
  cue the same song.

Does it matter if the tree
  sings with alien voices?
