“Caracas está vestida de tricolor, de futuro, de progreso, nos quedó pequeña la Ave. Bolívar. Los invito a sacar este país adelante, juntos construiremos la paz en esta tierra.

A los jóvenes, les decimos que tenemos todos los recursos y talento humano, pero nos hace falta un buen Gobierno. Nadie puede tener miedo, el 7 de octubre tenemos que vencer el miedo y las promesas incumplidas. Cuando vayan a votar el 7 de octubre y estén frente al tarjetón, piensen en su mujer, en su madre, en su padre, en sus hijos y en ustedes. Ese día será alegre, hermoso, será el día de Venezuela. Antes marcar y dejar su huella, cuando vean la foto del flaco, siéntanse reflejado en ella, voten por ustedes, porque yo también lo haré, voy a votar por Caracas, por Venezuela, por el pueblo que necesita ayuda, voy a votar para que el país salga adelante.

El 8 de octubre no habrá pueblo derrotado, la etapa del odio quedará enterrada en Venezuela a partir del 7 de octubre. Lo que pasó en Barinas nunca debió ocurrir. A los familiares de esos tres ángeles les decimos que el 7 de octubre vamos a derrotar la violencia. A Venezuela tiene que llegar la paz porque, qué le decimos a quienes están a las afueras de la morgue de Bello de Monte, a los que han tenido que trasladar a sus muertos en carros particulares porque no llega la furgoneta. ¡Qué le decimos a los que viven en un barrio y sienten miedo, a las madres que temen cuando sus hijos salen a la calle porque no saben si van a regresar! ¡Cuántas personas han perdido la vida, con este Gobierno se multiplicaron por cinco los homicidios! No podemos decirle que la función debe continuar como lo hacen ellos, sino que vamos a ponernos al frente de la seguridad.

¿Que pasó con la universidad de Catia, los 19 de planes de seguridad fracasados, el cardiológico de Montalbán? ¿Que pasó con el Bus Caracas, la línea 5 del metro, el parque de La Carlota, donde solo aterrizan los aviones de los boliburgueses, qué pasó con el saneamiento del río Guaire? Pura cháchara. Más claro no canta un gallo, al candidato del Gobierno no le no importan las viviendas, si se va luz, las calle destruidas, si usted está mal y no tiene empleo, a él solo le importa su revolución. A solo 7 días de las elecciones, les digo que a mí lo que me importa es el pueblo de Venezuela. Usted no se comporta como el presidente de todos, yo si seré el Presidente de todos los venezolanos. Usted llegó al extremo, de decirle a nuestro pueblo que no importa que lo atraquen, que lo que importa es su proyecto político. Aquí lo importante es construir un país, nuestra ideología es progresar, es superar la pobreza, que haya empleo y seguridad.

Cada quien haga su balance, él quiere profundizar la independencia, lograr el equilibrio del universo, garantizar la paz planetaria y salvar la especie humana. Pero, quién garantiza la paz en Catia, el 23 de Enero y en La Hoyada, quién nos salva a nosotros. Vengo asumir el compromiso por la tranquilidad de los venezolanos. Este Gobierno regala los recursos de todos a otros países, no hay gaza en los hospitales, pero si dinero para patrocinar una samba en el Carnaval de Río. Somos solidarios con las causas de otros países, pero primero nos ocupamos de la casa, de los problemas de los venezolanos. Este Gobierno es luz para afuera y oscuridad para la casa. Queremos progreso y llegó la hora del futuro. No pretendemos ser un Mesías, soy simplemente un instrumento de ustedes, para que juntos construyamos la mejores soluciones a los problemas que nos aquejan."
